Rebecca had been a member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyersfor 7 years prior to joining the board of directors.
She is a Private Client Solicitor with Mills & Reeve advising on a wide range of estate planning initiatives including wills, succession, tax, and trust issues. She acts for a broad range of private individuals and business owners who wish to pass their estate down to family members either during lifetime or on death.
Rebecca’s main focus is to support clients to structure their affairs and protect their assets in line with their objectives, which typically involves both family and tax considerations.
She also has an interest in philanthropy and charity law, which includes advising clients on charitable giving, establishing new charities, governance, compliance and trustee decision making.
In addition to being a Lifetime Lawyer, Rebecca is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Vulnerable Clients.
Rebecca has previously been a Dementia Friends Champion and is an Ambassador for The Outward Bound Trust.
In her spare time she enjoys the occasional charity car rally, latin and ballroom dancing, running, and spending time with her Miniature Labradoodle and two nieces.
