Emma is a Senior Associate in Michelmores Disputed Wills, Trusts & Estates team. She regularly represents clients bringing and defending all types of will validity claims (including fraud or forgery claims) and deals with claims against estates under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

She also specialises in professional negligence claims against Will writers or solicitors, trust disputes including claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA), proprietary estoppel claims and financial abuse claims.

Emma also deals with Court of Protection matters and has a particular interest in contested statutory will and lifetime gift applications and deputyship applications.

Emma was described in the Legal 500 2025 as "amiable, confident" with "solid technical knowledge. She's an excellent associate."

As well as being a member and director of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, Emma is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
